Hi Richa.. are these designs yours or just picked randomly from previous works. they look pretty similar to our designs here in Nigeria. i like the semi-detached(thats what we call it here) layout of the last image. Simple and Cost effective for a young/small family and middle/low income family who just want a duplex to live in with a moderate budget.
